Refund and Return Policy

At ARVOR, we take pride in crafting premium eco-friendly wooden products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
