Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within48 hoursof delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.
